Panteleimon Stergiannis
Panteleimon Stergiannis is an Appellate Lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association since 2016.
He is a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds two masters degrees: in Public International Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands and in International Relations from the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III in France.
He has received a monetary award from the Foundation for International Legal Studies "Professor Il. Crispi & Dr. Anastasia Samaras-Crispis" in an announced competition, with the topic of paper: "Debt, Austerity Programs and Social Rights. Dealing with them at the International Level" (May 2018).
He has published an article in the "National Offensives" magazine of the National Defense Staff Association entitled: "International Humanitarian Law and Autonomous Weapon Systems" (January 2018).
He speaks English, French and Spanish.
In March 2022, he was elected as the first alternate member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Trainee and Young Lawyers of Athens (EANDA) for the years 2022-2024, while from July 2023 to April 2024 he took over as a regular member of the Board of Directors of EANDA.
He attended training seminars on the legislation on the Hellenic Land Registry and the operation of the services of the Land Registry Offices, co-organized by the Hellenic Land Registry and the Athens Bar Association, in February 2022 and March 2024.
He holds a diploma following the "Acquisitions and Mergers" program of the Nomiki Bibliothiki College (March 2024)
From April 2024, he holds a diploma following the program "International Law in Action: Investigation and Prosecution of International Crimes" of Leiden University.
He practices combative and advisory law with the basic principles of honesty and confidentiality in his relations with his clients. He deals both with the provision of advisory services and with the representation of clients before the courts of justice of all levels.
The main areas of practice are: Criminal Law, Real Estate Law, Inheritance Law, Family Law, Bank Debt Settlements and Personal Bankruptcies, Aliens Law as well as Car and traffic accidents.
The aim is to offer the clients high-level services with speed, but above all with quality, accuracy and responsibility.
